What we collect

●      Name, mobile number, email address and age confirmation (18+), collected via our online registration form, used for class communication and scheduling.

●      Health-related information you choose to disclose to your teacher prior to or during a class (for example, injuries, pregnancy, or other physical conditions relevant to safe participation), through whatever communication channel you choose to use. This is recorded in Gamaya's private internal records, used solely to help your teacher support you safely in class. If you choose to share this information via WhatsApp, email, or any other third-party platform, it will also be stored within that platform, in accordance with that platform's own privacy and security practices, which are outside Gamaya's control.

 

How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

●      Communicate with you about classes, scheduling, and any changes

●      Help your teacher deliver classes safely, ta king into account any health information you've shared

●      Maintain basic business records

We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or share your information with any third party for commercial purposes.

Where your information is stored

Registration details are collected via Google Forms and stored on Google's servers, in accordance with Google's own privacy and security practices. Health information you disclose to your teacher is recorded in a private log maintained directly by Gamaya, accessible only to your teacher. Where you choose to communicate this information via WhatsApp, email, or any other third-party platform, it will also be stored within that platform in accordance with its own privacy and security practices, which are outside Gamaya's control. Gamaya is not responsible for the security or privacy practices of any third-party platform you choose to use to communicate with us.

How long we keep it

We retain your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

●      Access the personal information we hold about you

●      Correct any inaccurate information

●      Delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it
